Welcome to the PoolGenius Loser Survivor Challenge!

Traditional Survivor has you pick winners. Here, you choose NFL teams you expect to lose.

How it works

• Choose one team to lose straight-up each week.
• Weeks 3, 7, 12, 16, and 18 require two picks. Both selected teams must lose.
• Each team may be used only once per entry.
• Each entry has one life. An incorrect or missing pick normally eliminates it.
• A tied game is an incorrect pick because the selected team did not lose.
• Displayed point spreads are informational only. Picks are scored straight-up.

Picks are due by 1:00 PM ET each Sunday. An earlier game locks at its own kickoff, and that selection becomes visible to other entrants when it locks.

Double-pick weeks

To make the schedule easy to remember, the NFL week containing the last Sunday of each month from September through December is a double-pick week. In 2026, those are Weeks 3, 7, 12, and 16. Week 18 is also a double-pick week for one final challenge.

That means both Thanksgiving week and Christmas week feature two picks. Both selected teams must lose for the entry to advance.

Wipeouts

If every remaining entry is eliminated in the same week, qualifying entries are revived so the contest can continue. In a double-pick week, only entries with the most successful picks that week are revived.

Entries and prize

Each person may submit up to five entries.

The total prize is an $500 Amazon Gift Card. Prize eligibility requires a TeamRankings or PoolGenius account created before the Week 1 deadline. A paid subscription is not required. Please use the same email address on Picksheet when possible. If you use a different address, we may ask you to verify both accounts.

If multiple eligible people have winning entries, one prize recipient will be selected at random. Each person receives one chance in the drawing, regardless of how many winning entries they have.

PoolGenius may verify winners and disqualify attempts to circumvent the entry limit. Late picks will not be accepted. Commissioner edits are limited to correcting documented platform, scoring, or administrative errors.
