Commissioner first

Built for the whole job of running a pool

Your scoring, your tiebreakers, the exceptions you’ve added over the years: it’s all in the settings and tools, not in a support request or a spreadsheet.

Your rules

Set it up the way you already run it

Scoring, deadlines, tiebreakers, and the one-off exceptions every long-running pool collects. You decide how it runs, not us.

Your people

Keep track of people and entries

Adding entries, fixing a bad pick, sorting out who’s actually in: built for someone doing it every week, not once a year.

Support

You reach a person, not a queue

When a game gets postponed or a member swears they submitted picks, there’s someone to ask who has run a pool. Set your pool up and you get a direct line: email, text, or phone.

Optional hands-on help

We’ll do the setup with you

Everything above is yours to configure. If you’d rather not, send us your rules and your roster and we’ll build it out, at any size and any number of pools.

Tell us about your pool

Hands-on support can include

  • Rules worth talking through

Custom scoring, unusual tiebreakers, and the fields nobody else’s pool needs.

  • A pool that looks like yours

Your logo and colors on the pages your members see.

  • Whatever state it’s in now

Tell us your rules and we’ll build the pool. Send your roster or contact list and we’ll import it.

Pricing details

Worth knowing before you start

A dollar an entry for the season, nothing upfront. Here’s how the counting and the timing actually work.

How much will my pool cost?

A dollar for each entry you keep. If 120 members put in 149 entries between them, the fee is $149. Your own entries count, and a member playing three times counts three times.

Can I remove entries before I pay?

Yes. Take out any entry that shouldn’t be in the pool, whether it never submitted a pick or you simply don’t recognize the name, and it won’t count. You only pay for the entries you keep.

When do I pay?

Nothing upfront. After the first week’s entry deadline we count the entries and show you the fee, and you can pay as soon as you see it. If you’d rather clean up the roster first, remove the entries that shouldn’t be there and the fee comes down with them. Payment is due by the second week’s entry deadline, and pools that haven’t paid by then are paused.

Can I see it before I move my pool over?

Yes. Create an account, set the pool up, and look at all of it before anyone else does. Nothing reaches your members until you send the invites.

What if nobody joins my pool?

Nothing. There is no minimum hosting fee, so if the pool never gets entries, you never get a bill.

Which formats can I run?

NFL survivor: winners or losers, one pick a week or several, with strikes or second chances. NFL pick’em: straight up, against the spread, or by confidence. Postseason pools for the NFL and college: survivor, pick’em, and brackets. All at the same dollar an entry.

Can I run a large pool or more than one pool?

Yes to both, at the same rate and the same self-service setup. Nobody has to talk to us to run a bigger pool.

Does Picksheet handle buy-ins or prizes?

No. Dues, buy-ins, and prize money stay between you and your members, exactly as they do now. The hosting fee is the only money that comes to us.
